As a Spring 2026 Talent Intern, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Manager and Senior Director of Human Resources, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities
Support the business by preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/Applicant tracking system/etc
Maintain Open Job Reports
Create new hire offer letters and supports with the new hire onboarding process
Processing candidate background checks
Support with Docusign templates for new hire paperwork
Create presentations and other training material
Perform various administrative/clerical duties such as setting up interview conference and video calls and keeping track of candidate flow
Support with the preparation of documents for HRIS new hire entry (PAFs) and SAP data input when needed
Support with talent metrics dashboard
Assist with HR projects
Qualification
Required
You must be able to work on location, up to 24 hours per week
Intern for the full Spring term - January 26, 2026 - May 8, 2026
You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university and pursuing a bachelor's degree
This position is not eligible for relocation
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion in all workplace and HR matters
Ability to work with all levels of employees
Ability to learn new technology systems in a short timeframe
Preferred
Knowledge of HR employment related laws/practices a plus
