New Grad, Entry LevelSarkes Tarzian, Inc. is seeking a Lifestyle Show Coordinator to develop a new project for KTVN. The Coordinator will work closely with various teams to align bookings, manage logistics, and support production efforts for the show.

Responsibilities
Prepare scripts in final form for director
Lead post-production needs including video editing
Coordinate pre-interviews and gather talking points and background materials for the host
Organize guest scheduling, travel for off-site segments, day-of-show logistics, and digital media calendar
Serve as a point of contact for guests leading up to and during show appearances
Produce field interviews or remote guest appearances
Reflect a digital-savvy multiplatform approach, to also post social clips and web content
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Qualification
Required
Experience in television, radio, news, or related media field
Proven track record of successful guest booking, or someone who has successfully provided high-level administrative and strategic support to a C-suite executive, serving as a trusted partner in managing schedules, communications, and priorities
Maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with broadcast production workflows a plus
This position requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties
Preferred
Television producing and video editing experience
Experience with scheduled television show or scheduled influencer digital content
Experience with ENPS
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
