Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
Prepare discovery requests, responses, and interrogatories
Review, organize, and summarize case materials
File documents in State & Federal courts (CM/ECF)
Assist with depositions, pre-trial, and trial preparation
Prepare exhibits and demonstrative trial evidence
Support attorneys during trial as needed
Conduct legal research and investigations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Legal Assistant experience
Mandatory: Insurance defense litigation experience
Experience with State & Federal court filings (CM/ECF)
Strong legal drafting and document preparation skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
Preferred
Defense litigation background
Trial or deposition support experience
Proficiency with legal software and technology
Ability to summarize information quickly
Bilingual (preferred, not required)
