Responsibilities
Define and drive Front Office transformation strategy and roadmap for manufacturing clients, aligned with business goals and digital initiatives
Lead product evaluation, solution design, and ERP-enabled transformation programs
Manage and lead consulting and implementation teams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
Advise clients on process maturity models, identifying gaps and recommending optimized or future-state processes
Identify and shape new business opportunities through strong client relationships and collaboration
Participate in or lead RFP/RFI responses, including solution approach, effort estimation, and value proposition development
Collaborate with business, IT, and tax stakeholders to ensure end-to-end transformation alignment
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in accounting, finance processes, and ERP-driven business transformation for manufacturing clients
Define and drive Front Office transformation strategy and roadmap for manufacturing clients, aligned with business goals and digital initiatives
Lead product evaluation, solution design, and ERP-enabled transformation programs
Manage and lead consulting and implementation teams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery

Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes
Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems aligned with finance domains, including Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R)
Experience advising clients on process maturity assessment and transformation
Understanding of tax structures and tax platforms, and how they integrate with ERP systems
Solid knowledge of enterprise technology architecture and system integration concepts
Ability to bridge business requirements with technology solutions
Preferred
Coding or technical implementation knowledge is a strong added advantage
