Responsibilities
Designing and building lifelike humanoid robotic systems, including expressive heads and faces
Developing mechanisms, software, and control systems that enable natural human interaction
Working closely with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, AI, and design
Taking systems from concept → prototype → production
Helping define best practices as the engineering organization scales
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience since graduating (industry, startup, or applied research)
Experience in robotics, mechatronics, software, AI, HRI, or related engineering fields
A hands-on, builder mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
US Citizens or Green Card holders only (no visa sponsorship available)
Willingness to work on-site in Nevada
