Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Salesforce quality assurance strategy, including test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management
Design and execute robust manual and automated test suites across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom solutions
Partner closely with Salesforce Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to validate requirements and acceptance criteria
Lead regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts
Build and maintain automated test frameworks (Provar, Selenium, or equivalent) to improve coverage and repeatability
Identify systemic quality risks early and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
Produce clear, executive-ready test results, metrics, and quality dashboards
Operate comfortably in Agile delivery models, participating in sprint ceremonies and release planning
Qualification
Required
5+ years testing Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom objects/workflows
Strong proficiency with Salesforce-focused test automation tools (Provar strongly preferred)
Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models
Experience working in regulated or high-complexity environments (healthcare, public sector, financial services a plus)
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer)
Experience testing integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Ability to influence quality outcomes without direct authority
