Responsibilities
Implement and support SAP FSCM modules with focus on:
Credit Management (FSCM-CR)
Collections Management (FSCM-COL)
Dispute Management (FSCM-DM)
Configure AR processes including invoicing, payments, dunning, and customer account management
Design and manage credit risk rules, scoring, credit limits, and credit exposure
Integrate FSCM Credit Management with SD and FI modules
Configure automatic credit checks and order blocking/releasing processes
Implement Dispute Management workflows and case processing
Configure Collections strategies, worklists, and customer segmentation
Support cash application and incoming payment processes
Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Prepare functional specifications for technical developments
Perform testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and provide production support
Provide end-user training and documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in SAP FSCM with focus on AR and Credit Management
Solid knowledge of SAP FI-AR processes
Experience in FSCM Credit Management configuration and integration with SD
Experience in Dispute and Collections Management setup
Good understanding of credit risk assessment, scoring models, and exposure calculations
Experience with business partner credit management in S/4HANA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM
Experience in migration from classic Credit Management to FSCM Credit Management
Knowledge of SAP TRM (Treasury and Risk Management)
Experience in high-volume AR environments
Exposure to automation and reporting tools
Strong ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
