CRM & Integrations Administrator
Captivate is the largest on-the-go news and entertainment network in North America, and they are seeking a CRM & Integrations Administrator to join their dynamic Technology team. This role will manage and enhance the CRM systems, ensuring efficient operations and delivering actionable data to support business success.

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Pivotal SFA CRM, including configuration, user setup, system monitoring, permissions management, and data quality control
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM solutions that improve efficiency and visibility
Develop, test, and deploy system enhancements such as workflows, dashboards, forms, and automation rules that simplify user experience and improve reporting accuracy
Partner with Engineering and IT to design and support bidirectional integrations between Pivotal SFA, Salesforce, and NetSuite using MuleSoft and related integration technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by diagnosing root causes, managing error logs, and ensuring system stability across all connected applications
Oversee data imports, exports, and synchronization between CRM, ERP, and marketing systems, ensuring clean and consistent datasets across all business units
Support software version updates, patches, and upgrades, coordinating testing and deployment with internal development and external vendors
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process maps, and best practices to ensure knowledge continuity and compliance
Provide user training and ongoing support to maximize adoption and ensure all teams are leveraging CRM tools effectively
Contribute to Captivate’s CRM modernization roadmap, helping identify opportunities to expand automation, analytics, and cross-platform integration particularly as we prepare for greater use of Salesforce and emerging CRM technologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator or similar technical role
3+ years of experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to design and implement automation and reporting solutions
2+ years supporting system integrations between CRM, ERP, and Sales Automation tools
2+ years developing and running SQL Server queries and custom reports
2+ years working with JavaScript for scripting or customization
1+ year experience using MuleSoft for integration workflows
Proven, hands-on experience with Pivotal SFA administration and customization
Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and automation processes
Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data management tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Solid understanding of sales processes and automation best practices
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other modern CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho)
Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting/visualization tools
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data migration frameworks
Experience with low-code or automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier)
General working knowledge of AWS, Atlassian JIRA, and Confluence
