Responsibilities
Document current and future state processes related to SSO, API, and UI initiatives
Write detailed epics, features, and user stories in Jira
Collaborate with development teams to define and clarify API contracts and request/response structures
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine functional requirements
Support UI-related discussions, including current vs. future state needs
Maintain documentation in Confluence and ensure alignment across teams
Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within processes
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or systems-focused environment
Strong ability to create detailed epics and user stories in Jira
Working knowledge of API concepts, including request/response models and contracts
Comfort collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
Preferred
Exposure to SSO-related projects or identity/access management concepts
Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and future-state design considerations
Background in process documentation or process improvement initiatives
Experience using Splunk for research, monitoring, or issue investigation
