Responsibilities
Document to-be processes for BOMs, routings, work centers, production orders, MRP/MPS, and shop-floor reporting
Configure BC Manufacturing (BOM versions, routings, capacity, item tracking, subcontracting) and Inventory/WMS
Optimize planning (reorder policies, safety stock, lead times) and standard/actual costing; reconcile variances
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years with Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV; deep Manufacturing and BOM/routing experience
Hands-on with production orders, planning worksheets, item tracking/lot-serial, and costing
Strong client-facing skills; ability to run workshops and lead projects
Preferred
Experience with WMS, barcoding/labeling, and shop-floor/MES integrations preferred
