Responsibilities
Conduct quality control testing on all equipment in existing and new products in accordance with the “QC Handbook”, which governs procedures, specifications, safe practices, troubleshooting, testing times, etc. for equipment owned by Nationwide in the predetermined amount of time given for each item
Support all warehouse functions including: palletizing, de-palletizing, in-bound/outbound order verification, shipping/receiving duties (including lift truck and box operation), etc. as needed
Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned area(s). Conform to 6S process
Successfully complete technical courses
Broad A/V Quality Control problem solving and troubleshooting skills such as root cause research, convergence, bore sight adjustments, board level diagnosis, and minor adjustments and repair
Basic to broad knowledge of AV manufacturers, products, and software such as cameras, intercom, freespeak, LED and projection
Broad knowledge of safety procedures and proper disposal process for AV products
