Responsibilities
Must be Expert Level hands on with Python, Rust and other stuff that form Decentralized AI
Must have spent at-least 5 years in decentralized space with solid grip on various techniques and trade-offs
Decentralized AI, LLM ecosystem is where you spend most of your time without getting bored or tired
Design and implement high-performance, secure, and scalable peer-to-peer networking protocols in Rust
Develop distributed systems that enable decentralized AI nodes to communicate and collaborate effectively
Ensure robust fault-tolerance and resilience in networked systems through testing and optimization
Must have used several Decentralized AI stacks
Optimize performance for diverse computing environments, including edge devices and cloud systems
Design and implement protocols for AI training and inference (e.g. federated learning, distributed fine-tuning, secure model serving)
Build scalable systems to support AI workloads across heterogeneous networks and devices
Contribute to architectural decisions, performance optimization, and reliability engineering
Collaborate with researchers and system engineers to translate novel ideas into real-world systems
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, distributed infrastructure, and cryptographic mechanisms

5+ years of experience in Rust development, with a focus on distributed systems or peer-to-peer networking
Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, WebRTC, and libp2p
Experience in building scalable and resilient distributed systems
Proficient in designing systems with security and fault-tolerance in mind
Familiarity with decentralized technologies, including blockchain, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic techniques
Strong programming skills in Python, Rust, or Go
Experience with AI/ML model training and serving pipelines (e.g. PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow)
Solid foundation in distributed systems, networking, or applied cryptography
Expert level with concepts like swarm intelligence, federated learning, secure aggregation, or verifiable intelligence
Experience working with blockchain protocols, zkML, or decentralized networks
Preferred
Experience with WebAssembly (WASM) and cross-platform Rust development
Familiarity with decentralized AI concepts and swarm intelligence
Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes)
