Responsibilities

Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Respond to pricing inquiries and execute adjustments to ensure accurate invoice and pricing information
Monitor and resolve invoice adjustments for book of business
Address and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
Analyze order history to identify trends and communicate with Outside Sales Account Manager
Develop in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Required

Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in an inside or outside sales environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
