Qualification
Required
Hold a B.S. or M.S. in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline
Possess 1-2 years of experience in industrial ergonomics or a strong desire to learn and advance in the field
Display strong communication skills, including the ability to create reports and deliver presentations effectively
Be willing to travel as needed and work in various environments, including office and manufacturing settings
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Capacity to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a team
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience or certification in ergonomic assessment tools (e.g., NIOSH equations, RULA, REBA, Digital Human Modeling)
