Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Core HR modules
Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders
Configure employee lifecycle processes such as hire, transfer, promotion, termination, and data changes
Manage person, assignment, job, position, organization, and location structures
Configure security roles, data access, and approval workflows
Support HR data migration , data validation, and data quality checks
Perform system testing (unit testing, UAT support) and resolve defects
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot Core HR issues
Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user guides
Work with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions
Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit requirements, and data security standards

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR
Good understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle
Experience in HCM security, roles, and approvals
Knowledge of data loading tools (HCM Data Loader / HDL, Spreadsheet Loader)
Experience supporting integrations and reports (basic understanding)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Absence, Talent, Benefits)
Oracle HCM Cloud certification
Experience in implementation or support projects
