Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day sales operations
Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Partner with the General Manager to set monthly and annual sales and profitability targets
Conduct effective sales meetings and performance reviews
Oversee new and used vehicle inventory management
Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with strong CSI performance
Leverage CRM and digital tools to maximize lead performance and close rates

Required

Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership management experience
