This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance requirements, and contributing to process improvements while exercising a high degree of discretion.
Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day accounting operations, including transaction processing and account maintenance
Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and periodic close activities
Coordinate payment processing and expense reimbursements in accordance with internal policies
Monitor cash activity and support balance sheet accuracy
Prepare documentation related to tax filings and regulatory requirements
Post journal entries and support audit and review processes as needed
Generate financial reports and analysis upon request
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with ethical and legal standards
Support modernization and efficiency initiatives, including the transition to digital workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
Multi-entity and intercompany transaction experience is requires!
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Proficiency with common accounting and office software applications
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding proprietary and confidential information
Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but will accept additional experience
QuickBooks Enterprise experience a huge plus!
