Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
Manage and direct a team of electrical engineers and technicians
Work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on the latest electrical technologies and trends
Other duties assigned by leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in electrical project management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working with generator and UPS systems
Understanding of load monitoring
