Responsibilities
Partner with Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams to translate clinical and product requirements into scalable data science solutions
Design, develop, and productionalize data science products using best software engineering practices
Apply causal inference and observational study methods to generate reliable real-world evidence
Break down complex, ambiguous problems into practical, well-scoped solutions
Support users and stakeholders on best practices and interpretation of results
Propose and drive product innovation to improve model performance, automation, and usability
Stay current with research and contribute to technical documentation and blogs
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
Strong experience working with observational healthcare data
Solid foundation in causal inference methodologies
Proficiency in R, version control (Git), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker)
Experience deploying data science solutions into production environments
Familiarity with healthcare data, terminology, and delivery systems
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Software engineering experience is a plus
