Responsibilities
Development and delivery of product demonstrations
Representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Conduct technical discovery on the whiteboard and engage multiple disciplines in developing the technical solution
Lead with solution sales while interacting with C-Level to technical customer representatives
Be a technical trusted advisor and conduct workshops to deliver TCO analysis and phased deployments
Maintain industry knowledge and certifications
Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of relevant experience in VoIP telecommunications vendor sales
Experience and familiarity with our products and line of business a plus
A B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
Must possess strong presentation skills and can communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports
Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
Must be prepared for up to 50% of travel
