InternMansfield Energy Corp is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Intern to support their Regulatory Affairs team in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. The role involves hands-on experience in regulatory research, documentation, and data management within the energy sector.

Responsibilities
Organize and maintain regulatory files and documentation
Monitor updates from regulatory agencies and summarize key changes for the team
Assist in preparation of compliance reports and filings
Support the development and maintenance of a tariff database
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for regulatory submissions
Communicate findings and updates clearly in written and verbal formats
Support core business processes as needed by the business
Work with various departments to identify, evaluate and document requirements for upcoming and active projects
Perform As-Is and To-Be Process Mapping as needed
Assist with Process Optimization as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a student entering junior or senior year of undergraduate studies, or enrolled in a graduate program
Major in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with direct application to regulatory affairs and compliance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Preferred
Background knowledge of the energy sector, including regulatory frameworks or industry trends
Prior internship or work experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields
Familiarity with database management
High level of proficiency in MS Excel is a plus
Background in Python, SQL, R, and Power BI a plus
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly
