The Sales Intern will conduct market research, assist the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals, and engage with clients to support sales activities.
Translation & Localization
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from translation services, compile contact lists, and initiate outreach through cold emails, phone calls, or social media
Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes
Help track sales pipeline activities and manage client relationships using CRM software
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
Analyze data to identify new opportunities and provide insights that can inform the sales strategy
With supervision, engage with prospective and existing clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals
Ensure that client requests and feedback are promptly communicated to the sales team
Help generate and update sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Studying toward a bachelor's degree
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work with and learn from diverse groups/people/concepts
Effective time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
