This role involves workflow management, field contact, and ensuring high levels of customer service while coordinating maintenance contracts and managing work orders.

Responsibilities
Update work order coding and accurately enter field comments
Support scheduling and workflow management for all maintenance contracts
Coordinate directly with call centers, customers, and citizens regarding light‑out calls
Create and manage work orders
Communicate with field technicians regarding repairs and job status
Ensure dispatch performance metrics and contract requirements are consistently met
Provide a high level of customer service in all interactions
Review security camera footage as needed
Provide coverage for team members during holidays, vacations, and sick days
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Previous administrative or office assistant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to occasionally cover weekend, holiday, and call‑out shifts
Preferred
Prior dispatching experience
Familiarity with Certified Payroll
Experience with invoicing
