They are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to assist in sourcing and identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases.

Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates for various roles (technical, operational, and creative positions)
Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting suitable candidates
Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit and qualifications
Coordinate interviews between candidates and senior management
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
Support Human Resources tasks related to recruitment for key hires, including co-founders and advisors
Assist with other Human Resources-related tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred
Previous Human Resources/recruitment experience is a plus, but not required
