Responsibilities
Develop strategic partnerships in important business domains
Influence and inform business strategies and execution
Collaborate with leaders to set organization goals and track performance
Identify challenges and growth opportunities
Conduct insightful analyses on major trends
Define, track, and diagnose priority business viability metrics
Forecast business growth and staffing needs
Evaluate business viability impact to inform strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Have a B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Operations Research, Finance) or equivalent experience
Have had 5+ years experience in an analysis role or a business role working with analysts
Create and implement Workforce Planning initiatives
Think critically
Understand how to find trends from data and lead business recommendations
Utilize analytical tools like SQL, Excel (including writing advanced macros)
Preferred
A Masters degree
Experience in forecasting
Experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Python, R
Experience working with operational groups to gather requirements
Experience influencing and facilitating organizational changes, priority changes, or other complex change management
Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership
Experience with Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence)
Familiarity with service organizations and the metrics used to guide them
