Responsibilities
Provides professional, technical, research, sampling, data collection, basic labor, and administrative work on a variety of projects with various DPW staff members
Projects could involve any aspect of DPW functions, including horizontal (water, sewer, roads), vertical (buildings), and marine infrastructure evaluation, design and construction; water treatment and distribution; wastewater collection and treatment; solid waste collection; and road and grounds repair and maintenance
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Must be at least 18 years old
A driver's license is required
Preferred
Progress toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
Progress toward a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental sciences
Progress toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology
Progress toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/groundwater hydrology
