Investor Relations Associate
CAZ Investments is an investment management firm focused on providing exclusive access to unique alternatives for their global network of investors. The Investor Relations Associate will support the business development and marketing teams, assisting in various capacities to achieve the firm's strategic objectives while also providing opportunities for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
Support the business development and provide them with tools and materials that will accelerate their success
Assist in the management of marketing plans in support of strategic business objectives, working collaboratively with the business development Team, the partner service associates and the Sr. VP of Marketing
Support, attend or participate in CAZ events and other initiatives as required
Assist in maintaining brand consistency throughout marketing and project deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
Exceptional organizational and written communication skills with exacting attention to detail
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office, with experience with building sophisticated PowerPoint presentations
Outgoing personality and the ability to interact with rooms full of people with confidence
Selfless team player with a strong work ethic
Preferred
2-3 years prior experience in a related field is preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
Experience with Social Media marketing is a plus
