Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to starter and next-gen customers, aligning with Chase Home Lending’s vision and brand voice
Harness competitive intelligence, market trends, and consumer analytics to inform and evolve your strategy
Create and enhance educational content that demystifies the homebuying process
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences and ensure alignment with business objectives
Set the strategic agenda for the segment, identifying key value propositions, influencers, and optimal content delivery channels
Translate insights into actionable plans that drive growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction

Required

5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, transformation, and leadership within dynamic environments

Self-starter with a track record of setting ambitious goals, taking initiative, and delivering outstanding results
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior leadership and cross-functional teams
