Responsibilities
Lead DFM/DFMA efforts in partnership with design engineering
Design and optimize assembly, integration, and test processes
Own manufacturing BOMs, routings, and workstation sequencing in ERP
Develop tooling, fixtures, and standardized workstations
Drive lean initiatives and root-cause problem solving to improve yield, cost, and cycle time
Collaborate cross-functionally across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
Qualification
Required
8+ years in manufacturing or process engineering
Experience in modular, prefabricated, or complex electromechanical assembly
Strong DFM/DFMA, lean manufacturing, and workstation design expertise
ERP ownership experience (BOMs, routings, process control)
Ability to influence across teams without formal people management
