Accounting Administrator/Accounts Payable
Signature Construction LLC is looking for a self-motivated Accounting Administrator/Accounts Payable to join their accounting department. The role involves entering subcontractor pay apps, processing accounts payable invoices, and assisting with payroll and other accounting tasks.

Responsibilities
Entering subcontractor pay apps as well as other various accounts payable invoices
Entering, auditing, posting, and cutting checks on the various invoices weekly and monthly
Entering accounts receivable items and making monthly journal entries
Special projects as they arise
Ordering supplies
Assisting with payroll and the draw process
Qualification
Required
Thorough knowledge of basic accounts payable procedures
Familiarity with vendor statements/invoices
Experience with accounts payable data entry
Hands-on experience with accounting/accounts payable software packages
Experience with MS Excel
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to contact vendors in a timely manner to resolve issues as they arise
Work with Project Managers on resolving issues
Ordering supplies when needed
