Customer Service Team Member

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Resolve basic customer issues, complaints, or concerns related to products, services, and transaction status, escalating complex issues to higher-level support, as necessary
Provide clear and accurate information to customers about procedures, product specifications, and transaction statuses, based on pre-established guidelines
Accurately document and classify every customer interaction in FV Bank’s support platform
Assist customers with navigating the different products, how to do certain things or direct them to self-service tools, ensuring they can easily access the information or services they are looking for
Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term retention
Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer inquiries and share feedback and insights for continuous improvement
Stay current on product offerings, services, and internal processes to provide top-tier support to both customers and coworkers alike

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar customer-facing environment is essential
Proven ability to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in both oral and written English is essential for effectively communicating with customers and ensuring clear, accurate responses
Strong active listening abilities
Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with technology in general and customer service platforms
Ability to stay calm and empathetic in stressful situations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to help others
Customer Centric and solution-oriented approach

Preferred

Some college or relevant certification preferred
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Prior experience in a financial services or banking environment is a plus
Blockchain & Crypto Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset management principles
