Responsibilities
Partner with Portfolio Managers to research and develop systematic equity strategies
Identify and test new alpha ideas through quantitative research and experimentation
Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources
Build, implement, and evaluate quantitative models through backtesting and ongoing analysis
Apply statistical, machine learning, and financial techniques to enhance predictive signals
Qualification
Required
Strong programming experience in Python, including proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, and related scientific libraries
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field
Bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experience will be considered
Exceptional analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities
