Oversee and manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Provide leadership and guidance to the workers' compensation team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Handle complex claims, including those involving 4850 benefits, and ensure timely and accurate resolution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address claims-related issues and provide effective solutions
Prepare and present reports on claims activity, trends, and outcomes to senior management
Develop and implement strategies to improve claims management processes and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management
SIP certification is required
In-depth knowledge and experience with 4850 claims
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
