Answers and screens all incoming phone calls
Greets visitors in a professional manner
Maintains electronic/paper filing systems
Assists Admin Executive with miscellaneous duties
Opens and distributes mail and FedEx packages
Ships out FedEx packages
Takes inventory and orders all office supplies
Perform other related duties as assigned
All other administrative task
Support the office with admin tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills
Fast learner
Permit Experience
A self-motivated person with a strong work ethic. Able to work on their own, comfortable taking on responsibilities without having to be continually directed
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Good people skills. Able to comfortably interact with management, fellow employees, third parties, etc. in a positive manner
Must be able to follow instructions and directions to perform job tasks
Possesses good verbal and written skills
Must help to solve problems as opposed to starting, adding to or feeding on them
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones
