Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for allied health professionals across temp and perm roles
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals
Partner with healthcare facilities, clinics, and organizations to understand staffing needs
Negotiate contracts, offers, and placements with transparency and professionalism
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing client demand
Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences through clear communication and follow-up
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience (agency preferred)
Strong knowledge of allied health roles (therapists, technicians, medical assistants, etc.)
Proven success in filling both temporary and permanent requisitions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools preferred
