Required

Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and responding to security incidents promptly
Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively and providing support to clients and team members
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or similar are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
