Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and food safety regulations in the food production industry
Bilingual
Experience with internal auditing, documentation, and implementing quality control procedures
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and train staff
Effective communication and problem-solving skills for collaborating across departments
Proficiency in report generation, data management, and attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in Woodland, WA, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment
Preferred
Educational background in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in the food manufacturing or similar industry is considered a significant advantage
