Customer Service & Collections Specialist
LeasePoint is a fast-growing specialty equipment finance company seeking a Customer Service & Collections Specialist to support its expanding servicing operations. This role focuses on managing customer inquiries, resolving account issues, and ensuring timely payment performance while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing, payments, insurance, and account status
Proactively managing delinquent accounts through professional outbound communication and follow-up
Monitoring daily payment activity, resolving failed or returned payments, and bringing accounts current
Assisting with insurance documentation, proof of coverage, and lease-related requirements
Reviewing account histories for accuracy and escalating discrepancies as needed
Educating customers on lease terms, payment obligations, and account resolution options
Maintaining accurate documentation and notes within servicing and CRM systems
Ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations
Identifying recurring issues and contributing feedback to improve servicing processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in customer service, collections, or account servicing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and respectfully
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
Preferred
Experience in financial services, lending, or leasing is a plus
