Responsibilities
Monitor fire and all base alarms and dispatch responders as required
Complete reports, inventory, documents, and maintain daily shift log and operational data records with attention to detail
Coordinate hangar utilization, fueling activities, engine operations, aircraft ground movement, support personnel and equipment requirements as needed
Provide assistance and interact with multiple departments and a wide range of customers both internal and external
Keep department Lead and Management fully and accurately informed concerning operational status, potential facility problems and emergency situations
Complete additional collateral assignments
Utilize varied communication tools to effectively communicate; electronic/digital equipment and air and ground radios
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be able and willing to work any shift and/or weekend as directed by operational requirements
Candidate must have a current driver's license
Preferred
Aviation experience
Air Traffic Controller experience
Preferred candidate will possess 3 or more years of applicable operations and/or dispatching experience
