Qualification
Required
Experience in turbine maintenance, repair, and inspections, including borescope diagnostics and minor/major turbine overhauls
Proficiency in engineering solutions, machinery diagnostics, vibration analysis, and parts repair
Strong knowledge of safety protocols, mechanical systems, and power generation equipment such as valves, pumps, and small motors
Ability to oversee project management initiatives and provide documentation and technical insights
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings
Preferred
Previous experience in the power generation, refining, or chemical industries is a strong plus
