Responsibilities
Establish and execute a strategic business plan to drive sales and profitability
Manage day-to-day operations of the franchise, including scheduling, client communications, and service delivery
Ensure adherence to NEAT Method’s standards of excellence in organizing and customer service
Recruit, train, and manage a team of professional organizers and support staff
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes productivity and creativity
Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members to maintain high-performance standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their organizational needs and deliver customized solutions
Conduct consultations and assessments to assess client requirements and provide accurate estimates
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering consistently high-quality service
Implement local marketing initiatives to promote the NEAT Method brand and attract new clients
Utilize digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and networking opportunities to generate leads and grow the client base
Represent the NEAT Method brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions
Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting functions for the franchise
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures set forth by NEAT Method corporate
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business management, preferably in a leadership role
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
Passion for home organization and interior design trends
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success and growth
