Required
Experience in Software Development with hands-on expertise in full-stack development and proficiency with AWS services
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple concurrent technical initiatives effectively
Strategic thinking abilities in IT Strategy and technical decision-making for long-term organizational growth
Proficiency in designing and maintaining scalable Architecture for modern, high-performance systems
Experience in leading end-to-end Product Development, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with market needs
Proven leadership experience in building and managing cross-functional technical teams
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
Previous experience in startup environments or equity-based roles is highly advantageous
