Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Media Engineering team , including project management, design engineering, integration, logistics, testing, and commissioning teams
Develop and maintain detailed program-level execution plans , schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate integration activities between AMEP teams, Broadcast Engineering, PMO, vendors, and client stakeholders
Oversee installation excellence while maintaining financial and schedule targets
Provide media systems requirements (electrical, mechanical, low-voltage cabling infrastructure) to architects and AMEP contractors to support production systems and workflows
Monitor scope, risks, issues, and dependencies; lead issue resolution and solution development
Support PMO with planning, coordination, reporting, and integration governance
Manage implementation contractors and review contractor deliverables and work products
Serve as the day-to-day client interface for local and remote projects
Approve and manage project time sheets, staffing assignments, and team availability
Generate and publish progress, status, and material requirement reports
Manage team performance, including vacation/time-off approvals and personnel actions as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience in the broadcast/media industry as an Integration Program Lead or Senior Project Supervisor
Extensive experience implementing large-scale professional media and broadcast systems
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering and implementation teams
Deep understanding of broadcast system documentation, including system diagrams, block diagrams, schematics, floorplans, elevations, and run lists
Familiarity with commercial building trades and their interaction with professional media system implementations
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing changing schedules and priorities
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and related tools
Willingness to travel extensively and work extended hours/weekends as required
Preferred
Experience using Microsoft Project
