Responsibilities
Representing debtors, creditors, and official and unofficial committees in business bankruptcy and restructuring matters
Drafting and reviewing motions, memoranda, complaints, and other court filings
Conducting legal research and drafting briefs and related correspondence
Managing discovery in contested matters and adversary proceedings
Participating in trials, including preparing witnesses and exhibits
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience
Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and analytical skills
Admission to the Delaware Bar is required
Preferred
Prior experience from a large law firm or bankruptcy clerkship is a plus
