Human Resources - Talent Specialist

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is a service-oriented organization focused on providing exceptional insurance solutions. They are seeking a Talent Specialist to support talent management processes, enhance development tools, and collaborate with business units to drive associate growth.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the execution of talent management processes including Nine Box exercises, job model development, and leadership panel interviews
Enhance existing talent management tools, processes, and systems to better facilitate associate development and succession planning efforts
Strategically partner with business units to drive associate development via the talent management ecosystem
Develop and implement process efficiencies that support associate growth and career progression
Create metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives, then leverage these metrics to generate ideas to improve the existing programs and create new programs
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to anticipate talent gaps, recommend solutions, to ensure consistent execution to fill those gaps
Establish and manage individual development plan best practices to ensure action, and follow-through, of critical talent/successors
Review, analyze, interpret, and summarize competency assessments
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and strengthen relationships to enhance inclusion efforts
Serve as point of contact for employee resource group requests, ensuring alignment with company values and talent management objectives
Review and respond to employee resource group proposals, events, and initiatives in partnership with the talent manager
