Senior LevelHOPESCOPE is seeking a Head of Short Form Content to lead the creation and management of engaging video content across multiple social media platforms. The role involves researching trends, scripting, filming, editing, and analyzing video performance while collaborating with a creative team.

Responsibilities
You'll be Researching & analyze trends daily. Aka dissecting Tiktok, IG & Shorts videos to stay 3 steps ahead of the curve
Next, Present ideas, Outline & Script if needed!
Once Hope 'green-lights' a video idea, it is your job to make it come to life!
You'll be working with our team to get everything planned out & ready to go
We are heavy on preparation so you'll stand in as Hope during the dress rehearsals
Next, film. Then organize footage. Edit first drafts. Review with Hope, make adjustments, test videos on our other pages, tweak hooks, & Schedule the posts!
Concept and shoot aesthetic photos/videos for the HFPL.store website
Lastly, review performance. Analyze, adjust & repeat!
You'll be running 3 Instagram Pages, 3 Tiktok Accounts, Creating Original Content for Youtube Shorts, & our Merch Website
Qualification
Required
Video Editing experience is required
Experience with Adobe products
Ability to research & analyze trends daily
Ability to present ideas, outline & script if needed
Ability to film, organize footage, edit first drafts, and review with team
Ability to concept and shoot aesthetic photos/videos
Ability to review performance, analyze, adjust & repeat
Willingness to relocate to Utah
Ability to run multiple social media accounts (3 Instagram Pages, 3 Tiktok Accounts, Youtube Shorts)
