They are seeking a Site/Systems Reliability Intern to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and applications using AI and machine learning techniques, while working closely with product managers and engineers.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain AI/ML models and AI-driven software applications
Implement and optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability
Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs
Work with large datasets to train, test, and evaluate models
Monitor, debug, and improve model performance over time
Stay current with AI research, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar)
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong problem solving and analysis skills
Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from M-F, 40 hours each week for the entire program duration: May/June - August/September 2026 (12 weeks)
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
