Responsibilities
Lead and execute the deployment of the Tenable for Vulnerability Response integration onto ServiceNow Platform
Configure data ingestion pipelines to import vulnerabilities from Tenable.sc or Tenable.io into ServiceNow’s VR module
Customize and fine-tune the Vulnerability Response workflows, dashboards, reports, and ticketing logic based on customer requirements
Implement role-based access controls (RBAC), business rules, and data policies to ensure secure and accurate data handling
Collaborate with internal security, IT, and ServiceNow platform teams to ensure successful integration and minimal business disruption
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Security Operations (SecOps) and Vulnerability Response modules
Proven experience deploying and integrating Tenable.sc or Tenable.io with ServiceNow VR
Strong understanding of vulnerability management workflows, CVE/CVSS scoring, asset groups, and remediation processes
Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM modules in ServiceNow
