Electronics Test Technician

Responsibilities
Follows shop safety requirements and other relevant policies
In process configuration, calibration, and verification on equipment
Performs functional and mechanical check outs as necessary
Completes production paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
Supports Engineering and Test development as needed
Supports improvement of Test equipment and procedures
Communicates, discusses, and listens to challenges with management, teammates, etc
Supports problem solving activities for technical issues
Develops and trains other team members
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
U.S. Citizen
Ability to read and follow schematics, drawings, procedures, etc
Computer (Windows PC) competency in word processing and spreadsheets
High attention to detail
Technically minded solving problems with equipment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance driven environment where quality is critical
Enjoys working with their hands
Able to work together on a team
The ability to follow verbal and written procedures, good communication skills
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and listen to others
Safety and quality minded, pays attention to details
