Maintain inventory of all YubiKeys, including assignment, tracking, and decommissioning
Coordinate procurement, replacement, and distribution of new or lost devices
Ensure secure storage and logging of all hardware security keys

Required

YubiKey Lifecycle Management
Maintain inventory of all YubiKeys, including assignment, tracking, and decommissioning
Coordinate procurement, replacement, and distribution of new or lost devices
Ensure secure storage and logging of all hardware security keys
Understanding of MFA technologies and hardware security keys
Experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Duo, Ping)
Familiarity with FIDO2, U2F, PIV, and OTP authentication standards
Strong troubleshooting and customer-support skills
Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records
Knowledge of enterprise security best practices
